RoleOverview
The Sales & Customer Service Advisor role works within our Tiger Sheds Team and reports to the Tiger Sales and Customer Service Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Taking ownership of inbound customer sales and service enquires by phone, email and webchat
- Direct contact with customers, resolving each query and delivering customer excellence
- Using our internal IT systems to resolve sales and customer service queries
- Supporting the Tiger team to meet customer demand
- Understanding customer requirements to provide accurate quotes in a timely manner
- Deliver VIP service through customer interaction
Whatdo we expect?
- Minimum two years experience within a similar customer service role
- Experience in delivering excellent customer service
- Positive and motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and can-do attitude
- Handle all communication with internal and external customers in a clear, professional and timely manner
- Excellent IT literacy, numeracy, and communication skills are vital in this role
- Must have the ability to work efficiently with systems and processes
- Ability to use your initiative to meet daily targets

WorkingHours and Holiday
- Five days, 40 hours per week; permanent contract
- Shift Pattern – Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Annual leave entitlement of 28 days (inclusive of bank holidays) *Contact Centre may be open on certain bank holidays for which you may be required to work. Lieu days will be provided in this case.
