- Providing excellent customer service (Phone/email and post)
- Processing of purchase orders
- Handling of complaints and returns
- Maintenance of customer accounts on SAP
- Billing enquiries
- Liaising with courier companies
Key Skills
- Administration within Customer Service
- Microsoft Office are well-developed; SAP preferred.
- confident communicator
- Ability to prioritise workload efficiently.
Mon – Fri (39 hours per week)
Pride park area – Office based
