We are recruiting 1 Customer Service Advisor to join the Fulfilment Team. This is an exciting opportunity to help callers’ council request services and resolve problems to make their lives better.

Full induction and job training will be provided at our city centre office to ensure you feel confident and knowledgeable to answer or find the answer to any query, and support is always on hand to refer to.

 

Once training is complete, we operate a hybrid working policy.

As you will be required to speak and write to members of the public in English, you must be able to converse at ease and have a good level of spoken and the written language.

 

The role is daytime hours, you’ll be on a rotating shift pattern between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. A full-time role is 37 hours per week for 52 weeks a year.

 

The position is temporary until 31 December 2024, the council has a generous holiday entitlement, and the starting salary is £23,500 per year for a full-time post.

If you are appointed to this role, your starting salary will be at the bottom of the grade. If you provide payslip evidence that your basic pay is greater than the bottom of the grade, we will consider starting you at the point of minimum advantage within the grade.

 

All successful candidates will be required to complete a Basic/ DBS check.
