Full Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our friendly team based in Norwich.
Salary – £22,500 plus bonus
This will increase to £24,500 per annum as of April 2023
Type – Permanent, Full Time
Working Pattern – Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm

This role involves managing the Customer Service team to achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction in line with our Customer Service Policy.
We are looking for a polite and confident individual who is committed to maintaining customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be somebody who thrives in fast-paced environments through their ability to organise, prioritise, and multi-task effectively.
Key areas of responsibilities include:
- Resolving complex customer care issues to prevent their escalation.
- Being the first point of call for all Customer Care queries and ensuring these are logged.
- Interpreting information from customers in order to determine whether an issue requires an inspection, a fitter, or a quote.
- Providing knowledge and advice to customers on products and services.
- Sending accurate quotes to Customer Care departments, buyers and surveyors.
- Interpreting inspection reports and relaying the findings to customers.
- Gaining a sound knowledge of site geography in order to book multiple Customer Care jobs.
- Ensuring completion notes are properly completed and received on time.
- Participating in general office duties, such as answering phone calls, dealing with incoming and outgoing post, and other housekeeping tasks.

Key requirements:
- Articulate, computer-literate, and an excellent communicator.
- A strong team player.
- Previous experience in a customer service based role would be advantageous.
