Customer Service Executive – Hybrid
Our client an established and reputable company that is a world leader in their field are currently looking to expand their Customer Service team. You be the first point of contact for customers and will be providing world class service. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking company with a friendly customer service team that offers great company benefits including 25 days holiday +BH, free parking, a modern working environment and an early finish on a Friday. The company are currently working hybrid. Previous experience in a similar role in customer service would be an advantage but the company are also happy to consider people from a retail background who are customer service focused.
Role: Customer Service Executive Where: Southampton outskirts Salary: £22-23,000pa
Responsibilities will include:
- Being the first point of contact for all inbound Customer Support Enquires.
- Triage customer enquiries, creating a ticket or case reference and assigning to the appropriate department or colleague either via email, telephone or written communication.
- Monitor open tickets and cases and bring to full resolution once query owner has provided solution, escalating where necessary to ensure proactive service is always maintained.
- Provide timely updates to customers and end users to maintain a positive customer journey.
You will need:
- To be committed to offering the best service possible to customers
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to multi-task
- Previous experience within a customer care environment (retail or office)
- The ability to work under pressure
- A positive ‘Can Do’ attitude
- To be a team player
- Confident IT skills including MS Office
