- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
- Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information in company databases.
- Perform routine office tasks as necessary for the smooth operation of the company.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Representative will have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
- Strong phone handling skills and active listening abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work in a team environment and handle pressure while managing multiple tasks.
