Job Description

  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
  • Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information in company databases.
  • Perform routine office tasks as necessary for the smooth operation of the company.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service Representative will have:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
  • Strong phone handling skills and active listening abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and handle pressure while managing multiple tasks.
