A membership body based in Central London

Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions.
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Maintain customer records by updating account information in company databases.
Perform routine office tasks as necessary for the smooth operation of the company.

A successful Customer Service Representative will have:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
Strong phone handling skills and active listening abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to work in a team environment and handle pressure while managing multiple tasks.

The Customer Service Representative can expect a salary between £24-25,000 plus benefits
