Job Overview

The role is for an officer to maintain security at the UK’s number one DIY retailers Head Office in Chandlers Ford, Monday to Friday 06:00 – 18:00. Working alongside a team of officers, maintaining site security, and safeguarding the staff, visitors, and client’s assets.

Primary responsibilities

Controlling access and egress to site of personnel and delivery vehicles, directing where necessary. Issuing keys and passes to permanent and visiting staff.

Concierge role, greeting staff and visitors to the building and assisting both when required.

Responding to Emails, telephone, and face to face queries promptly and in a professional manner.

Carrying out external and internal patrols logging any issues in the D.O.B and on the company portals

Essential credentials

• Computer literate
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (essential)
• Confident communicator, with the ability to converse at all levels from visitors to senior management
