- Job Title: Customer Service Specialist
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Job Location: Ellesmere Port
- Salary: £21k
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued customers. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Your New role
- As a Customer service specialist you will be the first point of contact for both prospective and existing customers contacting SGS.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers
- Providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by utilising excellent, in-depth knowledge of our products and services.
- Handling customer complaints ensuring customers are satisfied, answering enquiries liasing with the internal registration team, record all customer activities
- Handle Customer Complaints, including initiating the follow-up operational actions that are required to satisfy customer or supplier complaints/requests/anomalies.
- You will be working towards KPI’s and meeting deadlines
- Address customer concerns and ensure the resolution of issues in a timely manner, with follow-up when appropriate, highlighting relevant issues to internal key stakeholders.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned
How to be a successful candidate
To be a successful candidate we are looking for someone who has previous experience in a customer services (internal or external) / sales environment, who can work both independantly and as part of team. Being competent skills with Microsoft Windows/ Office Applications (Word, Excel. and a minimum GCSE or equivalent with grades A* to C pass levels in English & Maths
