We are the National Ice Centre & Motorpoint Arena, Nottingham.

The largest entertainment venue in the East Midlands with 2 Olympic sized ice pads and an arena with a crowd capacity of 10,000.

At our venue we showcase the biggest names in music, comedy, entertainment, and sport. We host over 100 events and welcome 800,000+ visitors through our doors each year.

We are also home to the Nottingham Panthers Ice Hockey Team, who play 30+ home league & cups games each season.

In addition, we are the head office for National Catering and National Merchandise who offer event and venue services across the UK and Ireland, including London, Dublin, Belfast, Liverpool, Nottingham, Manchester, Birmingham, Coventry, and Glasgow.

Full Time (40 hours per week)

We are looking for a talented, in-house, Digital Creative Assistant to join our Digital Creative team to help deliver digital projects and campaigns for our Commercial Team (National Merchandise, Ice Locker, and National Catering).

Reporting to our Digital Creative Lead, the primary objective for our Digital Creative Assistant is to produce content for the Commercial Team’s client webstores, social media platforms, advertisements, digital presentations, and signage. Undertaking a range of content creation and design related work.

The Digital Creative Assistant will work towards briefs, using skills such as graphic design, motion animation and photography to produce content. They will also be required to support other day to day task such as e-commerce product upload and content auditing.

As a pivotal member of the Digital Creative Team our Assistant will play a crucial role in elevating the quality of our digital projects and creative outputs.

With detailed knowledge of designs, layouts, colour, artwork, print, production, menu design, webstores and other digital media, the successful candidate will have the ability to take ownership of creative design content.

They will have keen interest in e-commerce, social media and keeping up to date with trends in design and designing programmes.

A competent user of Adobe Creative Suite, they will have had previous experience of using video editing software and After Effects.

With excellent multi-tasking abilities, they will be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines whilst adhering budgetary restraints.

Ideally the candidate will hold a degree in Graphic Design or equivalent.

Due to the needs of our business candidates will need to have the ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
