The apprentice will work within the digital team at Clarion, supporting client teams to fulfill integrated campaigns. Activities would include the below, working alongside the Digital Director and all levels within the digital team:
- Day to say social community moderation and listening
- Feeding into social content and creative ideas
- Brainstorming campaign ideas
- Social reporting
- Crafting and implementing digital ads (including social and PPC)
- Content creation including graphic design/creative
- Assisting with/training in social ads, insights, and planning
- Influencer research
- Supporting new business activity by providing digital insight and crafting blogs / content updates
- On the job training including Facebook Blueprint and Digital Garage (Google)
- Support on e-marketing (such as campaign management, newsletter creation, and reporting)
Skills Required
A passion for social and digital media, PR, marketing, and creative campaigns. Ideally, the candidate will have some existing experience of working in the social and digital media space.

- Able to prioritise tasks efficiently with good time management skills

We’re looking for a self-starter, someone who finds solutions to problems and has the initiative to work alone or as part of a team as required. Excellent communication skills are a must, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks and personal workload.

Entry requirements
Applicants should be literate and numerate. Grade C/4 and above in English and Maths
Training to be provided
Level 3 Multi Channel Marketer Apprenticeship
Apprentices learn the skills they need on the job with the guidance of a development coach who is an expert from industry. You will finish your apprenticeship with a recognised qualification, valuable industry experience, money, and substantial opportunities for promotion.
Training is a blended learning delivery model: online learning, classroom sessions, work-based training, independent research, workplace projects, one-to-one support and training. Your training will include:

Working Hours – Monday, Wednesday & Thursday 9am -5.30pm
Tuesday, flexi hours – typically 8am – 4pm or 10am – 6pm
Friday 9am to 4pm
