The Product Administrator role involves providing administrative support for the Loxam Powered Access digital product suite, on a day-to-day basis, as well as authoring regular product performance reports. Excellent communication skills, a flexible and adaptable approach, and the ability to work independently, together with an analytical eye, will allow you to thrive and add value within a supportive and progressive working environment.

Responsibilities include:
- Administration of the Loxam PAD Digital Commerce platform, servicing customer access requests along with triage and escalation of any reported issues. Setup access credentials for new trade account customers.
- Administration of the Loxam PAD Telemetry management system. Updating telemetry configurations and ensuring accurate and consistent processes are followed to manage the expanding telemetry coverage.
- Monitoring and Analysis across all digital products. Providing regular reports and up to date dashboards of Revenue, Account activity, Issues and Product usage statistics.
- Administration and support for the management of BIM models within the BIMStore portal, supporting the Marketing teams.
- Secondary support responsibility of the Kentico content management product to the Loxam PAD Marketing teams and the Kentico Product Analyst.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- Proven track record in administrative role
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Well organised with the ability to be flexible
- Strong experience of MS office Packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Professional and polished approach with the ability to work on own initiative
- Desire to learn and grow within an evolving digital team
