Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity that has arisen in the Community Development and Neighbourhood area of the business for an Employment Coordinator to join us on fixed term contract to mid January 2024,covering a period of maternity leave, working 17.5 hours per week. The Employment Coordinator is key to our employment support service as the role will develop and deliver this service to enhance the customer experience , empower tenants and residents and achieve meaningful outcomes around employment, education, enterprise and training.

Successful candidates will have a good understanding of the difficulties facing people who are unemployed and have experience of linking in with external partners. Good communication skills and relationship building skills are essential in this role.
