The Fairmount team in Shipley-Bradford are looking for a Part Time Evening Worker to support the people in achieving their best outcomes. The service supports and enhance people’s social and personal development skills. You will have experience of working with people who may have experienced homelessness, ill health, poor mental health, drugs and/or alcohol use. You will support on activities in the service, for example cooking, gardening, baking etc.
Evening Worker, 16 hours per week, between 4pm – 8pm. Salary £9.90 per hours (£8,259.42 per annum).
You will undertake domestic duties, carry out security checks, monitoring CCTV and identifying and addressing any areas of concern. You deal with challenging situations, in a calm and fair manner. Have excellent communication skills, accurate record keeping/report writing and ICT skills.
The service works on a 3-week rota, which includes some weekends and bank holidays, as required. We offer great benefits including 7.6 weeks of annual leave, including statutory holidays, a contributory pension scheme, free parking, travel expenses and much more.
