About the role
We have an exciting opportunity to join Newcastle Building Society as an Executive Coordinator. You will provide high-level PA support to a number of Executives, to ensure they are able to carry out their roles effectively.
Maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality, you will undertake your role with flexibility and solid judgement to manage competing demands and priorities. Possessing outstanding organisation skills, you will ensure robust processes are in place in relation to document management, and diary management.
Responsibilities include:
- Act as the primary point of contact between your Executives and key stakeholders.
- Provide effective scheduling, diary management, email management for the your Executives
- Support the preparation and circulation of agenda, meeting packs and minute taking, and actions as required
- Manage all day-to-day queries from varying sources, prioritising urgent requests and identifying appropriate solutions
- Planning and arranging travel/hotel accommodation, events, meeting venues to ensure business priorities are effectively delivered
- Process associated expenses in line with internal policy
- Represent the Society’s values and behaviours in all aspects of your role.
- Actively seek out and action opportunities to improve efficiency and drive service level
About you
You will be a strong communicator, able to speak confidently with internal and external senior stakeholders at all levels, able to build strong working relationships.
The ability to work under pressure and to tight timeframes is essential, as well as being able to problem solve and take calm, and accurate action to ensure effective resolutions.
You will need to be able to navigate and use multiple systems and programmes as well as being able to present information clearly and professionally. You will be a team player, working well in an Exec Support team to cover all the requirements of a senior management team. You will have experience of senior stakeholder management, preferably in a financial institution.
