Job Summary
Job Description
  • Manage maintenance and call out requests, liaising with suppliers and internal colleagues.
  • Save and review maintenance reports, escalating recommendations to the Production Manager and Facilities Manager.
  • Work with the SHEQ Team and relevant departments, ensuring all maintenance visits and call outs are compliant with RAMS, Inductions and relevant permits.
  • Monitor & keep accurate records of PPM, Ongoing Maintenance Record and associated documents.
  • Arrange repairs and associated call outs from Defect Reports and internal checks.
  • Keep accurate log of costs, raising and booking in PO’s as appropriate.
  • Ensure waste carriers licences are in date and accessible.
  • Any ad hoc tasks, attending meetings and deputising as requested by the Facilities Manager.
  • Some travel between sites will be required.
