Overview:
Delaware North UK is hiring a part-time Food & Beverage Supervisor at Pride Park Stadium in Derby. As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that the highest level of service is provided to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team members, whilst also inspecting your assigned area to monitor staff and guest needs.
- Assist managers in the management of staffing levels in accordance with established budgetary goals and business volume.
- Assist managers in training and development of the team and conducting team member counseling sessions, including verbal and written corrective action reports.
- Lead hourly team in the daily performance of their duties.
- Ensure venue is adequately stocked with all product and supplies needed for service.
- Collaborate with manager concerning operational deficiencies and areas in need of attention.
- Greet guests positively, treating each person as an individual and in a professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with all departmental and organizational policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of supervisory experience required.
- Superior organisation and guest service skills required.
- Basic computer skills including word-processing, spreadsheets, and email required.
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and percentages.
- Demonstrate skill in dealing with guest complaints, using active listening skills to defuse difficult and sometimes emotionally charged situations to maintain the guest’s goodwill.
Hourly Minimum Rate: GBP £14.18/Hourly Contracted Hours / Guaranteed Hours: 30 Hours Work Location:
Pride Park Stadium is home to Derby County Football Club. Delaware North has provided concessions and premium dining services at the 33,597-seater stadium since 2008. Derby County FC and Delaware North made history as both organisations came together to create Club DCFC. This is the first time a football club and hospitality provider have fully integrated operations.
