Receptionist

The Trade Centre UK has a fantastic opportunity for a Receptionist to join the UK’s largest independent used car supermarket. We are looking for motivated and professional individuals who strive for the very best level of service in all aspects of work.

Role and Responsibilities

• Be customer focused – develop rapport and maintain excellent relations with our customers
• Dealing with inbound calls, answering queries, liaising with all departments
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times and ensuring daily tasks are completed in a timely manner
• Weekday, Evening and Weekend work included in shift pattern

Requirements

• Great communication skills and build rapport with our customers
• Previous experience within this position would be an advantage – but not essential
• Flexible team player – able to undertake new tasks and use initiative to support showroom during busy periods.
• To always be well-presented with a desire, character, and attitude to succeed
