We are searching for a London based Head of International Sales and Research Technology to join our team.
Group Description:
The Application Support team supports the Global Research & Sales activities of the Institutional Sell Side Research business for both Bernstein and Autonomous. Key activities are to support and train users, and work with vendors and in-house development teams to contribute to the on-going initiatives of Client Relationship Management (CRM), Distribution and Research Authoring systems.
The key job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Support daily Research Authoring, Distribution and CRM activities for Research & Sales users in a busy Broker Dealer environment for both Bernstein and Autonomous

Support 300+ global user base on existing systems including BlueMatrix, Tier1, Singletrack CRM, research portals and interaction aggregators

Manage a global application support team

Conduct technical diagnosis of operational problems and work with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues in a timely manner

Work closely with vendors to troubleshoot issues and influence their product roadmap

Develop relationship with key opinion leaders and regional management to understand business needs and contribute to product development roadmap

Work closely with Global Application Teams and external vendors to implement new solutions
Qualifications, Experience, Education:
-
10+ years of relevant experience in Capital Markets Research
-
7+ years of hands-on in-depth experience providing user support on few of these systems
-
BlueMatrix Research Authoring & Distribution systems.

Singletrack and Tier1 CRM
-
Event Management systems such as Dealogic Event manager
-
Research portals
-
-
Excellent verbal and communication skills and ability to liaise with people at all levels, both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experience working in Agile methodology

Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities and deadlines

Experience working with global teams
