Undertake immunisations and vaccinations e. To ensure adequate clinical stock levels and medical stationery and maintain an effective stock management system. This includes treatment rooms, stock rooms, fridges f. The checking and recording of medical supplies on receipt g.
The inputting of information in an accurate and timely manner on to the Practices clinical system. h. Assist the clinics in the Minor Operations suite including pre and post clinic preparations i. Ensure excellent infection control procedures in treatment and consulting rooms j.
Administration duties to manage delivery of clinical services including infection prevention control k. Venepuncture l. Monitor equipment and record as required e.g. fridge temperatures m.
Keep up-to-date with training and clinical procedures appropriate to the role external and internal delivery n. Work safely at all times in accordance with Practice policies and procedures o. And any other duties of an appropriate nature requested by the Practice Manager, Clinical Nurse Manager, or GP Partners
