The vacancy
We have an exciting opportunity for a Home Ownership Officer to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Homeownership and Sales, you will provide an effective home ownership service, ensuring that our objectives and customer needs are met.
Your Duties will include
As the Home Ownership Officer, your duties will range from the administration of the sales for a wide range of homeownership products to assisting in the provision of an effective and efficient management service, all whilst ensuring high standards of performance and customer service delivery. You will contribute to the development and review of home ownership management policies and procedures and identify and support income generation activities through our Ethical estate agency – TwoCan.
You will support the delivery of the operational plans for your area, act proactively in solving any issues which may arise and highlight any areas of concern. Working and reporting to the Head of Homeownership and Sales, you will ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget and identify opportunities for cost effectiveness. Day-today, you will ensure that your work is compliant with all relevant, legal and regulatory standards and have a good working knowledge of compliance.
About you
We are looking for a highly organised, efficient person with excellent communication skills, who can work independently and to manage the needs of both the client and the Group.
The successful candidate will have experience in property sales services and administration, shared ownership and an understanding of Right to Buy and Right to Acquire.
You will work well within a team environment and take ownership and accountability for the delivery of our service and address any issues which arise effectively.
The successful candidate will have good written and verbal communication skills, with experience of managing stakeholders, such as customers, solicitors and support agencies, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience of using MIS and Alto Vebra software would be preferable, although not essential. You will have a good general standard of education, and a customer service qualification would be desirable, as well as working towards IRPM membership.
For this role, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business purposes is essential
