This role will act in an HR Project capacity to support all elements of the end-to-end TUPE process, working closely with the Director of HR and senior team.
As a key member of the People team, the post holder will take a lead role in ensuring the efficient and effective management and progression of the project and pro-actively identify potential issues, escalating where appropriate.
This role will also provide support to other HR projects that arise during the course of employment.
Some of the key duties are:
1. Responsible for the effective management of all aspects of the TUPE transfer; including all associated administration, staff engagement and stakeholder management.
2. To provide expert generalist HR representation, advice and guidance as part of this project in accordance with Trust policies, employment law and best practice.
3. To assist in the preparation of all documentation, ELI data and transfer information.
4. To support the implementation of other organisational change initiatives, including workforce transformation, restructures and TUPE working closely with partnership groups and in line with Trust policy and best practice.
5. Undertake and analyse data produced as part of the TUPE project across all protected characteristics to identify any issues and take action where necessary.
The partnership between Barnet, Enfield and Haringey Mental Health NHS Trust (BEH) and Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust (C&I) is going from strength to strength since it was originally established in 2021 forming the North London Mental Health Partnership. In order to meet the needs of the new Partnership services you may be required from time to time to work at different locations to your normal place of work. This may mean that you are required to work at any location that fall under Barnet, Enfield and Harringay Trust and Camden and Islington Trust. The Trust reserves the right to require staff to work at such other places or locations as it considers reasonable and necessary on a temporary or permanent basis.
