BCP Homes are looking for a highly motivated individual to join us in the Independent Senior Living Team.

You will form part of a small team and have responsibility for managing a number of Senior Living schemes, working alongside other departments and outside agencies to deliver the best possible service to all tenants.

Flexibility and being able to work independently in this role are crucial, along with strong communication and being able to work effectively with our tenants to understand their needs.

This post is covered by part 7 of the immigration act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent English is an essential requirement for this role.
