The Role
As an Internal Sales Consultant based in Leeds, West Yorkshire, your role involves selling online software to schools through online demonstrations. You’ll handle a mix of warm leads and cold calls, building relationships while presenting our Compliance and HR software. Upselling additional products and services is also part of your duties.
You’ll be an integral team member servicing a specific region, working closely with regional team members in a supportive environment.
The Person
Desired Skills and Experience
Self-motivated, bright, energetic individuals who are target-driven and either experienced in similar roles or have a strong sales background are ideal. A minimum of 12 months in sales and experience with web-based software sales are advantageous but not mandatory. A can-do attitude and proven sales ability are crucial. Comprehensive product training is provided.
Responsibilities
– Achieve £10k+ margin ARR per month.
– Generate 20+ opportunities monthly.
– Cold call to arrange demos and meetings.
– Book a minimum of 1 MAT per week.
– Deliver sales presentations and manage the full sales cycle.
– Maintain CRM for prospects and administrative tasks.
– Organize networking events and attend conferences with Regional Consultants.
– Lead with positivity, professionalism, and the right attitude.
– Identify specific marketing opportunities in your region.
