CK Group are recruiting for an IT Support Technician to join a pharmaceutical company at their site based in Stevenage on a permanent basis.

The Company: Our client is a leader in the cell & gene therapy development.

Location: This role is located at our client’s site in Stevenage.

Your main duties will be:

• Delivering 1st and 2nd line solutions to user issues across the client site.
• Liaising with 3rd party technical support to resolve user issues.
• Receiving, logging and ensuring the completion of service requests.

Your Background: The ideal candidate for this role will have

• Previous experience in 1st or 2nd line IT support.
• Excellent communication, customer service & administration skills.
