Full time Maintenance Administrator at Archer Limited
Job Description
We currently have a new vacancy within our Platform Drilling Maintenance Team within our facility at Blackburn Aberdeen. This role will be to provide support for the maintenance department by managing and reporting on compliance of various aspects of the Client’s Computerised Maintenance Management System (SAP) as well as assisting in the development of the system and maintaining data in the operation management system (Sharepoint). This role would suit someone with organisational skills and has good attention to detail. Ideally experience in using Maintenance Management Systems would be advantageous, however on-the-job training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Close work orders reported as completed by offshore maintenance teams.
- Enter work order history to maintenance system from work orders spreadsheets.
- Create corrective work orders to cover defects and other work scopes as reported by offshore personnel.
- Produce Safety Critical and General Backlog Reports.
- Produce look ahead report, produce open notifications / corrective work report.
- Report monthly on the number of work orders completed and planned for each platform.
- Manage and process change requests for the Maintenance Management System as per Client’s change management policy.
- Manage and process deferral requests for the Maintenance Management System as per Client’s deferral policy.
- Monitor and report on the Reliability of Safety Critical Elements for each platform.
- Be capable of training offshore users to their required standard on the Maintenance Management System.
- Assist in development of Maintenance Management System, including raising change requests as required, log information in operational management system as appropriate.
- Liaise with onshore maintenance team to produce work plans.
