Responsible to: Head of Marketing and Communications

Status: Permanent, Full-time (flexible requests will be considered)

Salary: £22,197 – £23,093 (A21 – A23) per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an administrator to join the Marketing Department.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for the department, so will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a positive, professional attitude.

The role is varied working across the department to support all aspects of marketing such as events, advertising, digital marketing, brand design and customer service. The successful applicant therefore needs to be flexible in their approach to their duties and have good prioritising and organisational skills.

The ideal candidate should have significant experience in a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced marketing environment, be customer focused and have good IT skills.

Please note this role constitutes ‘regulated activity’ as defined by the Protection of Freedom Act 2012. The successful candidate will therefore be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check with barred list information prior to starting employment. You must have the right to work in the UK and will be required to provide evidence to support this.
