Night Support Worker at Sycamore Lodge
Location: Lodge Lane, Nailsea, North Somerset, BS48 1LX
Salary: £13.20 per hour
Hours: 48 hours a week
Shift Times: 20:00-08:00 (includes alternate weekends)
Shaw healthcare is looking for a passionate and caring person who is ready to make a positive impact at Sycamore Lodge.
Sycamore Lodge is bright and spacious 78 bed care home located in Nailsea, North Somerset. We care for people living with dementia with either residential or nursing needs from onset of dementia to end of life. We also care for elderly persons with general nursing needs on our 18 bed nursing floor.

Job Responsibilities
As a Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users. The will include, but not limited to:
- Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan
- Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene
- Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents
- Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion
- Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day-to-day duties
- Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment
