Full time Office Administrator – JJ Food Service
Job Description
We currently have an open opportunity to join our team as Office Administrator. You will assist the Officer Manager to deliver an excellent customer service by providing efficient and timely transactional processing support in the end-to-end recruitment process, candidate must be solutions driven with strong problem-solving skills and have a good eye for details. You will have extensive knowledge of providing operational office support and office management. This role will give you the opportunity to put your own stamp on the running and organization of the office and project works. The ability to use your own initiative, constantly prioritize your own workload and have a pro-active approach is key for this role.
We offer a salary of £24,000 per annum.

We are looking for applicants who have:
Experience in a similar role or administrative role
Meticulous attention to detail
Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills with a proven ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy.
The ability to work calmly under pressure
High level language and of computer literacy (Good levels of command Word, Excel is a must)
