We currently have an opportunity to join our team as an Office Administrator. In this role, you will assist the Office Manager in delivering excellent customer service by providing efficient and timely transactional processing support throughout the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be solutions-driven, with strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
You should have extensive knowledge of providing operational office support and office management. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact on the running and organization of the office and project works. The ability to use your own initiative, prioritize your workload effectively, and adopt a proactive approach is key to success in this role.

We offer a salary of £26,400 per annum.

We are looking for applicants who have:
Experience in a similar role or an administrative role
The ability to draft, proof read and correct documentation
The ability to deal with multiple projects simultaneously
Intermediate proficiency in MS Office and Excel
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure that information and messages are understood and have the desired impact

Responsibilities of the role:
Maintain personnel files, databases, data entry and other documents/systems as required.
Interact with customers and input orders to the system for collection.
Check daily outstanding balance from reports sent from Head office and to deal with accordingly
Maintain MS Outlook, ensure telephone, email and fax queries are dealt with to a high professional standard ensuring information is accurate and timely.
Deal with branch related complaint investigation and review activities
