Responsibilities (include):
    • Ensure the smooth running of the business by providing administration function on a day-to-day basis in line with the instruction of the board
    • Provide front of house cover when required
    • Process necessary changes to relevant policy and procedure
    • Ensure confidential information is secure and not released without prior consent from a Director
    • Ensure confidential and personal data is recorded, stored and processed in compliance with GDPR
    • A commitment to continuous enhancement of skills and knowledge and (if applicable) that of the staff under your supervision.
General Office Function
      • Provide administration and support for all business departments
      • Company fleet administration
      • Provision of hotel booking, travel, events, mobile telecoms, PPE, and catering/ refreshments for meetings or gatherings
      • Meeting agenda and minute recording
      • Contribute to business quality/environmental accreditation and audits as required
      • Office Health and Safety support
      • Consulate activity as required
General
      • Any other appropriate task required by the business and/or board
