Responsibilities (include):

- Ensure the smooth running of the business by providing administration function on a day-to-day basis in line with the instruction of the board
- Provide front of house cover when required
- Process necessary changes to relevant policy and procedure
- Ensure confidential information is secure and not released without prior consent from a Director
- Ensure confidential and personal data is recorded, stored and processed in compliance with GDPR
- A commitment to continuous enhancement of skills and knowledge and (if applicable) that of the staff under your supervision.
General Office Function

- Provide administration and support for all business departments
- Company fleet administration
- Provision of hotel booking, travel, events, mobile telecoms, PPE, and catering/ refreshments for meetings or gatherings
- Meeting agenda and minute recording
- Contribute to business quality/environmental accreditation and audits as required
- Office Health and Safety support
- Consulate activity as required
