Contracts available – full and part time
If there’s nothing you like better than learning new things and meeting new people, then you could be just who we’re looking for. You should be shiny-shoed neat and professional – as well as a good listener and a master of thinking on your feet.
What is the purpose of this job?
To deliver excellence in customer service and hospitality to our onboard passengers ensuring that they have the very best journey experience with Avanti West Coast.
What Skills do I need?
- The ability to provide a consistently high level of performance and Customer Service.
- Good level of product and service knowledge
- Attention to detail and ability to solve problems
- Positive and proactive
- Great communication skills
