We have a variety of permanent part-time contracts throughout the store, in Sales, IKEA Food and Customer Fulfilment, we are looking for people with a ‘can do attitude’, who can multi-task, be cost conscious and have a passion for being a part of something bigger.

We operate 7 days a week to meet the shopping needs of our customers, all our part time co-workers will receive 1 weekend off in 4.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

SALES

• Build loyalty by listening to our customers & using your knowledge of IKEA product range offer informed solutions.
• Ensuring our customers have an exceptional shopping experience.
• You actively approach customers to identify their needs and advise them on the best solutions for their life at home through home furnishings.

FOOD
As a Food Co-worker, you will report to one of the Food Managers or Team Leaders and work alongside them in the department helping to create a safe, healthy, delicious, sustainable, affordable, and joyful food experience for both the customer and the co-worker. This role is very physical and requires lots of walking and safe heavy lifting.

RECOVERY
Here at IKEA – we believe everything should have a second chance in life, especially our products! In this role, you will help to repackage damaged goods so that we can give them a new lease of life. You will also work on rebuilding furniture to sell in our “Circular Hub” area to help us to reduce waste and offer even more affordable products to our customers.

CUSTOMER FULFILMENT
Essentially doing our customers hopping for them, you will have the ability to work with computers & hand held scanners, prioritising & working swiftly. This role is very physical and requires lots of walking and safe heavy lifting.
