Hours: Full time- 37.5 hours per week. Monday – Sunday 9-5.15
Pay: Day £12.97 Night and Saturday £16.76 Sunday and Bank Holiday £20.44
Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust (C&I) provides high quality, safe and innovative care to our patients in the community, in their homes or in hospital.
Theyprovide services for adults of working age, adults with learning difficulties, and older people in the London area. We currently deliver the majority of our care to residents in the London Boroughs of Camden and Islington. However, we also provide substance misuse and primary care mental health services to people living in Kingston.
Our Trust is also a member of University College London Partners(UCLP), one of the world’s leading academic health science partnerships.
Your main duties in this role are as follows:
· To assist with the provision of a high-quality pharmacy service to patients in the Trust.
· To undertake general ward based top up, ordering, receiving goods, month expiry checks.
· To support the Procurement manager in the day-to-day management and operational supply of medicines to wards, units or community teams.
· To provide training to pharmacy staff on relevant procurement and distribution activities.
