- Contract Type: Permanent/40 hours a week
- Hourly Rate: Evening / Nights £12.20ph (overtime paid at an enhanced rate)

Our Hubs operate 365 days a year and as part of our Hub teams you will be required to work evenings/nights with our shift patterns offering 40 hours a week over 5 shifts, which will include weekend working.

As a Plant Warehouse Operative you will find that no two days are the same, with state of the art sortation equipment and all the tools required to do the job.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and policing parcel compliance in the hub.
- Clearing induct and sorter blockages.
- Working to improve Hub KPI’s
- Escalating issues to management.
- Good communication skills
- Proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Adhering to company H&S Policies
- Supporting the hub operation as and when required.
