About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Programme Administrator to join the YMCAfit team based in Central London. This is a hybrid role and you will be required to attend office twice a week.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the fulfilment of courses through the day-to-day administration of all YMCAfit programmes in relation to venues, staffing and course resources. The key responsibilities include:
- Point of contact for venues for programmes re: facilities/ dates /equipment.
- Effective management of equipment and materials for courses.
- Coordinating the staffing of YMCAfit course programmes.
- Producing and distributing programme reports and schedules.
- Coordinating all information in the YMCAfit CRM in relation to programme scheduling.
About You
The successful candidate will have.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Experience working in a quality driven, customer focused environment.
- Excellent administrative, time management and organisational abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to multi task and prioritise within a busy work schedule.
