Project Coordinator
Location: Aberdeen

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) rota ensuring it is accurate and up to date
- Ensure correct job numbers and allowances are used via the Mpower time writing system to enable accurate payroll and commercial invoicing
- Collate weekly summaries and cross check against daily MPower timesheets to ensure accuracy
- Ensure client required documentation is submitted in a timely fashion
- Input holiday requests into holiday tracker and sign off for payment
- Raise requisitions for recruitment up manning and holiday cover, working closely with offshore Team Leads and onshore Management
- Ensure all personnel to mobilise have completed relevant pre-mob training along with our T&C function on the contract
- Responsible for recording appraisal progress as per annual appraisal plan
- Check and approve all training, expenses and wages payments
- Process consumable and equipment requests in SAP
- Support in the management of plant and equipment – Maximo PRs
- Ensure weekly deliverables are sent in from offshore and logged/saved
- Attend weekly O&M calls to support with man power requests and updates
- Support in maintaining Live Training matrix for all regular personnel and arrange necessary training where gaps are
- Contribute to offshore personnel competencies and assist with portfolio questions and queries
- In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the position holder is required to perform other duties assigned by the Contract Management from time to time
Experience & Qualifications
- 2 years relevant experience
- Assertive and confident
- Familiar with agile working, continuously looking for improvements that can be made
- Good communication and organisational skills, excellent team player
- Happy to work on own initiative, manage time effectively and prioritise workload
- Computer Literate – all MS Office Software
