Permanent Receptionist/Administrator – Huntress
Job Description
Hours are Monday to Thursday 09.00-17:00.
- Keeping Reception tidy
- Meeting and greeting all visitors including signing in/out
- Answering all telephone calls
- Receiving and distributing mail as well as logging it
- Visitor roll call in the event of fire
- Updating car park registers
- Ensuring the coffee machine is fully stocked
- Ordering office supplies
- Assisting with the organisation of company events
- Liaising with the Finance Department regarding invoices/receipts.
- General adhoc tasks for the wider team
The ideal candidate-
- Professional manner.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Experience working in an office.
- Knowledge of all MS packages.
DBS preferred but this can be requested by Huntress
