We have an exciting new vacancy for a Receptionist to join our team at The Britannia Hotel, Wolverhampton. Our hotel is a 117 room, stylish Victorian building situated in the city centre conveniently based just a short walk from key public transport links such as St Georges Metro Station, Wolverhampton Bus Station and train station.

Your duties will include:

• Welcoming our guests on arrival
• Checking guests in and out
• Promoting food and beverage facilities.
• Providing information to guests on all hotel products and services.
• Be involved with taking payments, cash handling & balancing floats.
• Answering telephones and helping with guest queries

The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and well-presented, with excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of Opera Systems would be advantageous.
