Recruitment Assistant – Bournemouth – £20,500 – £23,000

Package
- Position – Recruitment Assistant – Bournemouth Office
- Salary – £20,500-£23,000 per annum, commission + bonus, OTE £25,000 Year 1
- Commission Upcapped
What’s involved?
We are looking for hardworking and driven individuals, who want to make a career in Recruitment Or someone with recruitment experience that would like to join our vibrant Bournemouth Office.
This is a demanding role with extensive training on offer, as a Talent Acquisition Consultant you will primarily be supporting a recruitment desk with both temporary and permanent candidates.
As a Talent Acquisition Assistant you will be targeted on both activity and financial billings on a weekly and monthly basis and expected to achieve and exceed targets with full support from management.
