• Passionately communicate The Macallan brand DNA and values to guests across the Macallan Estate
• To retain up to date stock knowledge with regards to pricing, product origination, product function and story
• Responsible for bespoke product offerings across the brand range e.g. engraving
• Stock control & rotation and follow best practice and company guidelines, investigate discrepancies
• A vigilant sense of awareness on stock security and exchange of money between customer and the boutique
• Supporting the Client Relationship Manager with Client orders going direct to clients via delivery or by collection at the estate
• Responsible for keeping the bar, boutique and tasting cupboards fully stocked ready for the week ahead
• Transferring all stock on EPOS
• Responsible for all stock requisitions internally and externally, look after all shipments through DHL for the MDE and Client Relationship Manager
• Ensuring all products in the boutique are barcoded and ready to scan
• Checking stock levels on all non whisky products, raising POs for all non whisky stock for authorisation by the stock manager
• Prepare new items to be displayed in collaboration with the boutique team
• Ensure replenishment of products & packaging is completed in a timely manner to ensure the right products are available and maximise the time hosts have with guests
