• Provide detailed product knowledge, demonstrating features and benefits to help clients make informed decisions.
• Use your natural flair to create a truly memorable client experience.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain an organised and visually appealing showroom, ensuring timepieces are displayed impeccably.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Handle client inquiries with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.

Experience & Skills Required:

• Previous retail or sales experience is advantageous; however, full Rolex brand training will be provided online, in person, and via the Rolex Advisor App.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills and a friendly, engaging demeanor.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using various forms of communication to keep clients informed and engaged.
• A proactive problem-solving approach with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Computer literacy is essential.
