What you will be doing…
Reporting to the RFCI Planning Manager, our Resort Flight Check In (RFCI) Rostering Executive will Take Responsibility for providing week-based rosters for Resort Flight Check-In colleagues based Overseas Customer Helpers adhering to country-specific legislation and publishing to set deadlines.
What will you do in the role?
As our Rostering Executive will be responsible for the day-to-day planning of the Jet2holidays RFCI collection schedules. You will also be responsible for: –
- Creation and delivery of Overseas rosters for specific regions/destinations to set monthly deadlines ensuring that agreed service and SLAs can be met
- Management of annual leave and public holiday calendars, ensuring that all information relating to the Overseas teams are correct with regards to start/end dates and entitlements
- Supporting with roster amendments as required from destinations, and delivery of updated rosters
- Supporting the delivery of monthly variable pay reports using the worked roster to ensure that payments are recorded correctly
- Analysing Management Information reporting and Rostering dashboards – using and interpreting data to highlight opportunities and identify ways to improve or drive performance
What are the key skills/experience you’ll already have?
Our RFCI Rostering Executive will have the following: –
- Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 package including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams, SharePoint, One Note and extensive knowledge of Excel
- Good knowledge of driver working hours
- Highly numerate, analytical and accurate with excellent attention to detail
- Hard working, self-motivated, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team, both within the department and cross functionally with other departments across the business

Occasional overseas travel may be required and the role will require a company mobile phone with an expectation to be on call as necessary
