The HR Booth are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator on behalf of Pitreavie Packaging Ltd.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator to support our Internal Sales team based in Cumbernauld. The role is full time 37.5 hours a week on a permanent contract, working Monday-Friday.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting on a range of key administration tasks for a busy sales team.
Key Role Accountabilities:
- Processing sales orders including from e-mail, online and by phone
- Taking inbound calls and emails from customers and responding to any customer enquiry in a timely manner
- Processing sample requests
- Liaising with our warehouse daily to ensure stock is available and customer orders are on time
- Liaising with our third-party couriers
- Raising returns & credits
- Ensure that all the customer details are correctly setup in internal systems
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and wider business teams as required
- Assisting with administrative & month end processes
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Has worked in an administrative role previously in a busy office environment
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in all IT applications: Word, Excel etc
- Experience of packaging and associated consumables (preferred but not essential)
(Full System and product training will be provided).
