Responsibilities will include dealing with patient and third party correspondence, processing referrals, administering medical report requests, maintaining good communication with secondary care and communicating with key personnel internally to ensure the smooth running of the Practice and positive outcomes for our patients. The successful candidate will be happy working with a variety of IT systems. They will possess good IT skills, be accurate in their work, have a professional telephone manner and be able to handle confidential information with complete integrity. They will also be able to work to deadlines, without constant supervision and have a willingness to learn, to be involved in and to accept change as part of the job, within a busy team environment.
