The role of Secretary:
- Organise and coordinate meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
- Diary management
- Inbox management
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems
- Prepare reports, letters, and presentations with precision and attention to detail
- Stock ordering
- Assist with travel arrangements and event planning as required
The ideal Secretary:
- Proven experience in a secretarial or administrative role
- Ability to work in a corporate environment
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- IT skills: MS Office skills
- Highly organised
