Culina Logistics is looking for motivated individuals to build a career within the chilled distribution industry. Culina Logistics is the leading 3rd party logistics business in the UK specialising in chilled warehousing, providing an excellent platform to food and drink manufacturers.

Job DescriptionWhat You’ll Do

Working in a fast-paced environment, our semi skilled operatives are responsible for the picking and marshalling of packaged chilled products, and the loading and unloading of pallets on to vehicle trailers.

As a business, we pride ourselves on providing an excellent work life balance for our colleagues by operating on a 4 On 4 Off Shift Pattern. For this role, our shift pattern would cover both days and nights on a rotational basis.

Week 1, 4 Days 7.00am to 7.00pm Hourly Rate of £12.67
Week 2, 4 Nights 7.00pm to 7.00am Hourly Rate of £12.67

The role offers a competitive salary of £26,343 with overtime opportunities available. Our overtime shifts are paid at time and a half (x1.5) of the standard hourly rate for each hour worked.

Qualifications
What You’ll Need

Previous experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, preferably using MHE equipment. We are looking for applicants with a strong work ethic and real attention to detail, who want to build a career in logistics. Our roles are based in a busy distribution centre, so colleagues will be constantly active throughout their working shift.
