Full time SEND Teaching Assistant at Wokingham Borough Council
Job Description
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience of working with students with special needs, particularly Autism and social, emotional and mental health difficulties.
- Show a commitment to raising opportunities and progression of our learners and support them in all aspects of their learning both in the resource and in their mainstream lessons.
- Have the ability to envision, enthuse, inspire and motivate students, staff and parents
- Help to plan lessons by preparing materials and resources
- Encouraging students to engage in activities led by the teacher
