We are seeking Specialist Community Support Workers to join our supported living services in Salford. We aim to provide care and support to promote independence and inclusion within the local community.

 

Working Pattern – 37.5 hours per week, worked flexibly over five days. Weekend working will be required.

Salary – £21,283.00 rising to £23,210.00 based on incremental pay progression. 25% pay enhancement for all weekend hours worked. Sleep-in payment of £87.50 for any sleep shifts worked.

Location’s – You will be permanently based at one of our services in SalfordEccles or Walkden (Please state a preference on application).

 

 

The adults we support have a variety of complex needs which may include learning difficulties and autism spectrum conditions.

We are looking for Specialist Community Support Workers with a positive and enthusiastic approach, who are friendly, great communicators and eager to provide support to adults with learning disabilities.

Do you have the ability to work as part of a team or independently, maintaining and encouraging open and honest lines of communication?

Can you undertake the full range of tasks, in a well-planned way that respects and values adults with complex disabilities?
