This project supports unemployed individuals who face significant barriers to work such as Learning Disability, Physical Disability or Mental Health problems.

Your role will be to support the employment coordinator to engage with participants and their circle of support to develop an action plan for the individual, to engage with and support employers to customise jobs, to enable individuals to find competitive employment opportunities and to provide in work support to include job coaching and task analysis.

You will be part of a supportive and proactive team enabling you to develop in this exciting role within our enterprise team.

You will need a basic knowledge of Welsh. Reasonable support can be provided on appointment to reach this level.
