The Role: As a Starbucks Supervisor at Burton & Speke, you’ll lead our store, ensuring smooth operations and upholding the high standards of quality and service that Starbucks is known for. You’ll be the heart of the store, fostering a positive and inclusive environment for both customers and your team.
What You’ll Do:
- Become an Expert: Supervise and coach on Starbucks’ beverage and food preparation, sharing your knowledge and expertise with the team.
- Lead the Store: Manage operations like cash handling, inventory, and maintaining a clean environment, holding yourself and your team accountable for results.
- Champion Customer Experience: Resolve issues promptly, create a welcoming and memorable experience for everyone by upholding Starbucks standards.
- Empower Your Team: Coach and motivate team members to reach their full potential, providing constructive feedback and ongoing coaching to support their development.
